"Why?"

Why?... That's something I always ask myself. Why the hell do I spend almost every free second of my life working on Levels? Probably because I just love working on games, and and to have the ability to express what I think the "world" should be like. New worlds are not predetermined places...
I started making levels years ago when I fist laid my hands on an editor for Doom.... Man what a rush. Making levels became more fun than actually playing the game to me. As soon as Doom II was out, I rushed to the editor again... I actually should kick myself because I never saved any of those maps... Not that they were 'awesome', but they were my start. Next I moved on to Editing Duke Nukem maps, and that was quite fun, except that I really didn't like the visuals of Duke.

Bring on QUAKE!. Wow, once I got this game, and then got a chance to edit with Worldcraft things never were the same. I rushed home from classes in college to add a new room, a new whatever... The only problem I found with QUake is that I usually played more often than edited, and never finished a damn Quake map:(.... Until Quake 2 came out. Now I was completely hooked again... And I am sad to say I haven't spent a day "not" editing since Q2 has been out.

No matter what the game, or what the engine, I have found time, or an interest in trying to learn that games tools, and characteristics... Its all fun to me.

If you need a level designed, or need help with a project... (commercial or public) I do 2 types of work depending on my available time. First: if its a non commercial project, and its something that I am interested in, I will work on it for free. If you have a commercial project that can be worked on via virtual office, and through a contract that is what I prefer, but I am not against full-time design work, and relocation. Feel free to contact me and I am always open to discussion.
